Swiss Post supplies the robots as a service to the city-owned hospital. They haul supply carts from the basement to the floors while the corridors are empty, Swiss Post says. Every number so far comes from Swiss Post.

Zurich wants to keep its hospital robots for CHF 303,000 a year. It will still rent them, and the supplier may change.

Three and a half years into a four-year pilot, the city says four robots ended manual hauling of 200-kilo carts at night. Its own report also says the robots still aren't fully used.
